Our countryside B&B near Perugia is located in a strategic position for exploring the Umbria region. Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive the exact GPS coordinates and detailed driving directions to find us easily by car, avoiding the Limited Traffic Zones (ZTL) of the historical centers.
Does the B&B offer free private parking on site?
Yes, the B&B offers free private parking located directly outside the fenced property. It is the ideal solution for those exploring Umbria by car; the parking area is outdoors and spacious. No reservation is required.
Is breakfast included in the stay? Where and when is it served?
Yes, a rich buffet breakfast is always included in the room rate. It is served every morning in our sala colazione (breakfast room) from 7:30 AM to 9:30 AM, featuring a wide selection of sweet and savory local Umbrian products.
Are the rooms equipped with air conditioning and Wi-Fi?
Certainly. All our Bed and Breakfast accommodations (such as the Papavero, Girasole, Orchidea, and Peonia rooms) feature independently controlled air conditioning, heating, free high-speed Wi-Fi, and a Smart TV.
Are bed linens and towels provided in the room?
Yes, upon arrival, you will find your room fully equipped with bed linens and a set of towels for each guest. For longer stays, linens are changed and rooms are cleaned every 2 days.
Are there hair dryers and toiletries in the bathroom?
Yes, upon arrival, you will find a hair dryer, hand soap, intimate wash, and shower gel in your bathroom.
Is there a kitchen available for guests at the B&B?
Our cucina (kitchen) is available to guests exclusively for preparing baby food or light snacks, as we must adhere to strict HACCP health and safety protocols. There is also a shared refrigerator where you can store drinks or small food items.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in: From 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM. Please let us know your estimated arrival time. For special needs or late arrivals, we can also arrange a self check-in.
Check-out: By 10:00 AM on the day of departure, allowing us to perfectly prepare the room for the next guests.What is the best way to visit the historical center of Perugia?
The most convenient way is to drive to the main park-and-ride parking lots just outside the city: the Porta Sant'Angelo parking lot (free) or the Sant'Antonio parking lot (partially free, partially paid). From there, you can easily reach the city center in just a few minutes while avoiding traffic restrictions (ZTL). Upon arrival, we will provide you with maps and tips for your Umbrian itinerary.

Our property is located right in the historical center of Perugia, within the Limited Traffic Zone (ZTL). Before your arrival, we will send you detailed maps of the electronic gates, precise ZTL timetables, and the best routes to reach us easily without fines while unloading your luggage.
Where can I park my car during my stay?
Being in the heart of medieval Perugia, we recommend using the large 24-hour covered parking lots located just outside the ZTL, such as the Saba Sant'Antonio parking or the Saba Piazza Partigiani parking. Both are directly connected to the historic center via convenient underground escalators.
How many guests can the apartment accommodate and what is the bed layout?
The apartment can comfortably accommodate up to four guests. It features a main double bedroom and an additional double sofa bed located in the living area.
How are the kitchen and common spaces organized?
Domus Romana offers a spacious living room perfect for relaxing and dining together, combined with a large, fully equipped kitchen with all the utensils and appliances needed to prepare meals independently.
What appliances and amenities are available in the bathroom?
The bathroom is modern and features a comfortable shower box. For the exclusive use of our guests, there is both a washing machine and a clothes dryer, which is ideal for families or those planning a long stay in Perugia.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in starts at 3:00 PM, and check-out is required by 10:30 AM. Please let us know your estimated arrival time in Perugia so we can best organize your welcome.
